KanjTech achieves Investors in People accreditation
Independent accreditation recognises Kanj’s commitment to supporting its people and building a strong workplace culture as the business grows internationally.
Independent accreditation recognises Kanj’s commitment to good leadership, employee wellbeing and creating a workplace in which people can develop.
Kanj Technologies has achieved Investors in People accreditation at Standard level, recognising the company’s approach to leadership, staff development and workplace culture.
The accreditation follows an independent assessment of how Kanj leads, supports and develops its people. Employees contributed directly to the process, providing an important view of how the company’s values are experienced in practice.
For Kanj, this is particularly significant. Technology businesses depend on the knowledge, judgement and commitment of their people. Customers trust Kanj’s teams with critical systems, sensitive information and decisions that can affect the resilience of their organisations.
Supporting those teams properly is therefore not simply an employment matter. It influences the quality of the advice, service and support customers receive.
An independent measure of Kanj’s culture
Investors in People gives organisations an external view of their leadership and workplace culture. It helps identify what is working well, where employees need greater support and what should improve as the business develops.
This matters increasingly as Kanj grows across the UK, UAE and India. Working across different teams and countries creates new opportunities, but it also makes it important to maintain the values and standards on which the company was built.
Robin Kanjilal, Managing Director of Kanj Technologies, said:
“Kanj has always been built around its people. Their knowledge, judgement and commitment are what allow us to look after our customers and earn their trust.
“We are proud to have achieved Investors in People accreditation, but we also see it as a useful measure of where we are and where we can improve. As Kanj grows, we want to make sure our culture grows with us and that colleagues across the business feel properly supported.”
Why Investors in People matters
Most organisations want to be good employers, but workplace culture can be difficult to judge from within the business. Investors in People gives employees a voice and provides leaders with independent evidence rather than relying on assumptions.
A well-led and supported team is also better placed to make good decisions, take responsibility and build strong customer relationships. That is especially important in technology, cyber security and business resilience, where professional judgement and personal accountability matter as much as technical expertise.
The next stage
Achieving Standard accreditation establishes a benchmark for Kanj. The company will use the findings to continue improving its leadership, employee support and opportunities for professional development.
The accreditation complements Kanj’s existing focus on quality, information security, business continuity and responsible governance. Those standards examine the company’s systems and processes. Investors in People examines how the people behind them are led and supported.
The result is something for the whole Kanj team to celebrate, as well as a commitment to keep improving as the company grows.
